CBI assisted Marneuli and Tskaltubo Municipalities in preparing FY2021 budget documentation in line with the updated program budgeting methodology. The team supported the development of the 2021–2024 Priority Documents and Medium-Term Action Plans, prepared the FY2021 draft budgets with all required N(N)LE annexes, and produced the Citizens’ Guide explaining the municipality’s 2021 project budget in an accessible format.
