The consulting company is staffed with highly qualified, professional staff who have extensive practical experience in public finance management. Our staff was directly involved in the process of establishing public finances in Georgia and is still actively involved in the implementation of various important projects.

KEY TEAM MEMBERS
Papuna Petriashvili
Mr. Papuna Petriashvili has more than 20 years of experience in Public Finance Management. From 2001–2014, he went through a career path from the initial position of the Ministry of Finance up to the position of First Deputy Minister of Finance. Later, he was vice mayor of Tbilisi City Hall. He held high-ranking positions in both central and local government and was always directly supervising Public Financial Management issues as his major task. Papuna Petriashvili was actively involved in the development of various primary and secondary legislation regulating public finances in Georgia, including the first Budget Code of Georgia, Budget Classification of Georgia, Program Budget Methodology, and others.
Since 2015, Papuna Petriashvili has been actively participating in international donor-funded public finance reform projects in Georgia as a project manager, key expert, and/or adviser in the field of public finance.
In 2017, Papuna Petriashvili founded Consulting Company CBI (www.cbi.ge). The company's activities are mainly related to the improvement of Public Financial Management systems. Consulting Company CBI up to date, actively cooperates with international financial institutions.
Since 2018, Papuna Petriashvili, as a consultant of the World Bank and an expert of the international advisory company Reformatics (www.reformatics.com ), has participated in the assessment of the PFM systems of different countries and the preparation of reform strategies.

Paata Gobejisvhili
He has rich experience in public finance management. Paata has held all the positions from the position of a specialist in the Financial Department of the Tbilisi City Hall to the position of the Deputy Head of the Finance Department. Paata Gobejishvili's current position is also related to public finances. He is the Head of the Financial Department of the “Rural and Agricultural Development Agency” of the Ministry of Environment Protection and Agriculture of Georgia.
Since 2015, Paata Gobejishvili has been actively involved in various projects implemented by donor organizations in the field of public finance management. Since 2018, he has been an active member of the CBI team and together with other team members of Consulting Company participates in projects implemented by Consulting Company.
Since 2017, Paata Gobejishvili is one of the leading members of the team. During 2017-2023, Paata evaluated Public Finance Management systems in 13 municipalities of Georgia using PEFA indicators. He is actively involved in the implementation of Result-based (program) budgeting in municipalities.
Darejan Jishkariani
She has extensive practical experience working in the field of public finance management. Darejan has a reach of experience working in the field of public finance since 2010. she was holding various positions in the Financial City Service of Tbilisi City Hall. Since 2019, she has been holding the position of Financial Manager at N(N)LE "Public Communication Agency".
Since 2017, Darejan Jishkariani has been actively involved in various projects implemented by donor organizations in the field of public finance management. Since 2019, she has been an active member of the CBI team and together with other team members of Consulting Company CBI, participates in projects implemented by the company. She is one of the leading members of the team. Together with the CBI team, Darejan participated in the implementation of such projects as the PFM assessment of municipalities, preparation of budget documents, participatory budgeting, gender budgeting, etc.
.Ilia Atanasovi
He has rich experience in the practical management of public finances. 2002-2014, his work was related to the field of PFM. 2002-2005, Ilia worked as Chief Specialist and then Head of the Analytical and monitoring bureau of the State Procurement Agency; 2005-2014, he worked in various leading positions of Tbilisi City Hall, including head of Municipal Procurement Department, director of Kindergarten Management Agency, head of Municipal Finance Department.
2017-2019, Ilia was the Head of the non-commercial procurement department of Tegeta Motors ltd. 2019 to present he is CEO of ``Climatek`` Ltd.
Since 2020, Ilia has been an active member of the CBI team and together with team members of the consulting company, participates in projects implemented by the company.
Ilia is actively involved in the projects implemented by Consulting Company CBI. He is one of the leading members of the team. Together with the CBI team, Ilia participated in the implementation of such projects as the PFM assessment of municipalities, preparation of budget documents, public investment management, participatory budgeting, gender budgeting, etc
Lia Mumladze
She has extensive practical experience working in the field of public finance management. For the period of 2005-2018, she was holding various positions in the Financial City Service of Tbilisi City Hall. In 2018-2019 Lia was Financial Manager at N(N)LE "Public Communication Agency". Since 2019, she has been holding the position of Financial Manager at N(N)LE " Municipal Service Development Agency".
Since 2019, Lia has been an active member of the CBI team and together with other team members of the CBI, participates in projects implemented by this organization.
Lia is actively involved in the projects implemented by the consulting company CBI. She is one of the leading members of the team.
