CBI conducted SNG PEFA assessments in Gori, Senaki, Kazbegi, Samtredia, Chiatura, Kobuleti and Sachkhere Municipalities, reviewing their Public Financial Management systems against internationally accepted indicators. The team analyzed municipal budgeting, accounting, reporting, internal control, and procurement practices, collected and validated financial data, and prepared indicator scores in line with PEFA methodology.
