CBI provided consultancy services to GIZ under the Sustainable Urban Development in Georgia project, supporting the preparation of General Cost Assessments and Cost-Benefit Analyses for six municipal investment projects in Batumi, Zugdidi and Gori. The assignment included estimating investment, operation and maintenance costs, conducting financial and economic analyses in line with Georgia's Public Investment Management (PIM) methodology, calculating key economic indicators, and preparing project documentation to support evidence-based investment planning and financing decisions at the municipal level.
