Project outcomes are an opportunity for 9 municipality civil servants to independently make a CBA for a capital / investment project. The knowledge and experience gained within the framework of this project should allow the municipal officials to provide an assessment of the usefulness of capital projects only through their efforts.
The project has two outputs (goals): 1. Capacity building of municipal civil servants on PIM issues. 2. Support of the municipality in the preparation of the CBA of the selected capital / investment project, as provided by the methodology approved by the Government of Georgia.
Within the framework of the project, Consulting Company CBI will support the municipal civil servants prepare Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) of new capital / investment project in 9 municipalities, which includes both financial and economic benefit analysis of the projects. These municipalities are: Rustavi, Telavi, Khashuri, Kharagauli, Dusheti, Akhaltsikhe, Gori, Poti and Keda.
