Project outcomes are an opportunity for municipal civil servants to independently make a CBA for a capital / investment project. The knowledge and experience gained within the framework of this project should allow the municipal officials to provide an assessment of the usefulness of capital projects only through their efforts.

The project also has two outputs (goals): 1. training of civil servants on PIM issues. 2. support of the municipality in the preparation of the CBA of the selected capital / investment project, as provided by the methodology approved by the Government of Georgia.
