CBI delivered training on Public Investment Management to civil servants from Batumi, Ozurgeti, Chokhatauri, Kutaisi, Lentekhi, and Tkibuli Municipalities, guiding them in applying the PIM methodology approved by the Government of Georgia. The team supported officials in preparing Cost-Benefit Analyses for selected capital projects and conducted a practical assessment of one investment project in each municipality to demonstrate the application of financial and economic analysis under the national PIM framework
