CBI assisted Rustavi, Telavi, Akhaltsikhe, Khashuri, and Dusheti Municipalities in fulfilling their obligations under the memorandum with the Ministry of Finance. The team supported the preparation of the 2024–2027 Priority Documents, developed medium-term action plans, and helped draft the 2024 municipal budgets along with all required annexes and supporting documentation.
