The objective of the assignment is to support Rustavi, Telavi, Akhalzikhe, Khashuri, and Dusheti municipalities in the process of fulfilling their obligations under the memorandum signed with the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, which includes the elaboration of the document of priorities for 2024-2027, medium-term action plan for 2024-2027, draft budget of 2024 and its accompanying documents.
