CBI assisted Kutaisi, Tkibuli, Lentekhi, and Oni Municipalities in identifying mid-term priority directions and preparing the 2024–2027 Priority Documents, Medium-term Action Plans, and 2024 draft budgets with all required program, capital, and N(N)LE annexes. The team supported the preparation of the 2024 Citizens’ Guide, reviewed the consistency of municipal documents with the UN SDGs, and helped elaborate a draft SDG framework. In addition, CBI planned and facilitated public consultations and assisted municipalities in preparing the 2023 budget execution reports and related public presentations
