Provide support to Partner Municipalities of Batumi, Chokhatauri, Ozurgeti and Mestia in development of 2024-2027 Priority Documents, Medium-term Action Plans, 2024 Program Budgets and 2023 Budget Execution Reports
The objective of the project is to support municipalities in the following issues:
I. Identify key mid-term priority directions using GESI (Gender Equality and Social Inclusion) analysis
• Analysis of budget programs taking into account gender sensitivity;
• Discussion and analysis of budget programs with the involvement of various social groups.
II. Preparation of budget documents
• 2024-2027 Priorities Document;
• 2024-2027 Medium-term Action Plan;
• 2024 Budget with Program, Capital, and the budget of N(N)LE attachments;
• Citizen's guide to the 2024 budget;
III. Localization of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
• Determining the consistency of the aforementioned budget documents and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and determining the relationship;
• Elaborate the draft SDG framework.
IV. Planning and facilitation of public consultations
V. Preparation 2023 budget execution report and its public hearings
