CBI assisted Khashuri, Akhalkalaki, and Terjola Municipalities in preparing their 2023 draft budgets in line with the updated program budgeting methodology under MoF Decree #283. The team supported the development of priority documents, elaboration of medium-term action plans, and preparation of draft budgets with all required program, capital, and N(N)LE attachments. CBI also guided municipal staff in applying the revised budget format and documentation requirements and ensured alignment with the updated budget calendar and procedural steps.
