CBI assisted Zestafoni, Gardabani, and Oni Municipalities in preparing their budget documents in line with the updated “Program Budgeting Methodology.” The team supported the development of priority documents, elaboration of medium-term action plans, and preparation of draft budgets with all required program, capital, and N(N)LE attachments.
