The overall objective of the project is to strengthen public finance management in Khulo, Tsalenjikha, and Vani municipalities.
The specific objective of this assignment is to support the above-mentioned municipalities with:
1. Public Finance Management (PFM) system assessment through the Supplementary guidance for subnational PEFA assessments;
2. Development of the specific recommendations and activities with the purpose to improve the gaps observed as a result of the assessment within the following 3 years; also defining of the
target indicators that enable to assess of whether this or that recommendation/activity has been successfully fulfilled or not;
3. Public Finance Management (PFM) system assessment through additional gender indicators in order to assess Gender Responsive Public Finance Management.
