CBI assisted the municipalities of Lanchkhuti and Rustavi in implementing the updated program budgeting methodology. The company supported local staff in drafting the Municipal Priorities Document for FY 2019–2022, preparing the FY 2019 and FY 2021 budget drafts, and completing annexes for municipal legal entities. CBI’s team worked closely with the municipal departments, reviewed financial data, structured program budgets, and ensured that all documents complied with national budgeting requirements.
