CBI’s team conducted a nationwide training program for 120 public servants from 40 municipalities. The team organized six separate training groups, developed instructional materials, and delivered practical exercises on every stage of the budgeting process, including priority setting, program budgeting, and annual reporting. The sessions were held at the Academy of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, where CBI facilitated interactive discussions and hands-on activities to strengthen participants’ practical budgeting skills
