CBI’s team assisted Akhaltsikhe City Hall in enhancing its participatory budgeting framework. The team developed and delivered a targeted public awareness and education campaign, produced communication materials, and organized outreach activities to motivate residents to engage in the PB process. CBI also facilitated information sessions and consultations, helping the municipality build practical mechanisms for structured citizen participation throughout the budgeting cycle.
