CBI assisted Akhaltsikhe, Batumi, Kutaisi, Dedoplistskaro, and Dusheti Municipalities in preparing their FY2021 Program-Based Budget Packages in line with the revised program budgeting methodology. The team facilitated municipal working groups, held meetings with municipal departments, provided training and coaching on budget request preparation, and supported the finalization of programs, subprograms, and performance indicators. CBI also assisted in planning and conducting public consultations, guided municipal staff in preparing the FY2020 budget execution reports, and supported the development of the FY2021 Citizens’ Guides.
